Mode of Commission
Finadore receives trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on the assets under management in Regular Plan mutual funds. No upfront commission is currently charged.
No Commission on Direct Plans
Investors who invest directly through AMC websites or platforms (Direct Plans) do not pay any distributor commission. Direct Plans have lower expense ratios than Regular Plans.
Conflict of Interest
As a distributor, Finadore earns higher commission on Regular Plans compared to Direct Plans. Investors should be aware of this and evaluate if regular plan advice adds sufficient value to justify the difference in expense ratio.
Transaction Charges
AMFI guidelines allow distributors to charge a one-time transaction fee of ₹150 for new investors (first-time SIP/Lumpsum) and ₹100 for existing investors for investments of ₹10,000 and above. Finadore will inform clients before levying any such charges.
Annual Commission Disclosure
As required by AMFI, Finadore provides an annual statement of actual commission earned to all clients whose AUM exceeds ₹1 Lakh or who make fresh investments in any financial year.
